Members of the Property Team can appear for you in courts at all levels, from the High Court and the County Courts to all levels of the Appellate Courts.

The Property Team also accept instructions to act before the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal, the Lands Tribunal and before the Adjudicator to HM Land Registry.

Members of the Property Team also sit in variety of capacities, including as deputy district judges and as part time legal chairman of Leasehold Valuation Tribunal.

The Property Team will accept instructions from Local Authorities, in-house for SMEs and large companies, and also directly for estate agents or members of the public under the public access scheme.

Various members of the Property Team also have experience of other disciplines.
